In a group, two or more members work together to complete a task. A group that collaborates, not only has to work together, they need to think together, and must share in the responsibilities of each individual, rather than work as individuals.

In a collaborative team, there is no ‘Leader’ -- the group is self-managed, and they work together without silos or “my job – your job” thinking. The modern workplace is all about collaboration.
