• Converted “Global Communication” legal structure to joint stock company in 2009, buying all Plantronics business owned by the sole proprietorship under the same name.

• Partnered with & implemented Odoo ERP/ CRM in 2024 successfully migrating core business functions (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase) from SAP B1 while increasing revenues by 50%
